Daniella is a dedicated immigration attorney with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. She manages the Immigration practice here in Avila, Martinez & Hernandez, PSC. She is passionate about advocating for clients, she has successfully handled cases involving family-based immigration, employment visas and citizenship applications. With a deep understanding of immigration policies and procedures, Daniella provides strategic and compassionate legal representation to those seeking a better future in the United States.

Throughout her career, Daniella has assisted clients with a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, fiancé(e) visas, and employment-based applications such as H-1B, L-1, and EB-5 investor visas. Additionally, she has helped clients seeking asylum and humanitarian relief, as well as those applying for DACA, TPS, and naturalization.

Daniella earned her Juris Doctor from the Inter American Law School in Puerto Rico and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico. She is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico and is a also a licensed Public Notary; she remains actively engaged in professional organizations related to immigration law. Fluent in English and Spanish, Daniella is committed to ensuring clear communication and personalized representation for clients from diverse backgrounds.
